I can't (usually) work off of black and white (or any) artwork like that, so how about a different portrait?

I didn't get to making a flag for this but that should be obtainable, a different flag and orientation might work better to...

For a school project I'm doing wanted to cut this on plasma table 20x18 thanks for any help
