i am having issues with start and stop point not being normal to plan ive tried changing in my bobcad but cant get to work any help is much appreciated thanks

what does "not being normal to plan" mean? is it piercing on wrong side of path? is it piercing more than once per path? seems ok in corel draw and nc-plot...
