Dog Portrait

Looking to have the attached image converted. Need the dog & antler. Would like the collar too, if possible. It will be laser cut as part of a sign. I've tried drawing over the image but the eyes end up looking wonky. I have attached a 2nd file, detail.JPG, as an example of the level of detail I would like. Not sure on the going rate for this type of project.

I don't have any vector tracing software running to my satisfaction. You or someone can convert it to vectors.

This is a huge monochrome .GIF - you'd typically convert to RGB, then scale down, to get grayscale on the edges, and save as .JPG, which usually traces better than black and white in ordinary tracing software.
