England Soccer Logo

I hope this file is okay? A buddy of mine asked me to cut the England Soccer Logo. I converted it to .dxf and have been looking at it but cant figure out how it's going to cut without falling apart. So maybe a layer or two, but that's where i'm lost. Can someone help me out here please?

layers if you can't modify the shape a little

or if you can, move things around so they touch, add stems on the flowers, etc...
